Thermal spray processes generate noise and airborne particulates. Our core mission is utilize our technology while providing a safe working
environment for operators and to provide a “ZERO FOOTPRINT” environmental impact in all locations globally. We blast and spray directly into an advanced, high air volume airborne particulate collection system that captures (arrestance) more than 98% of spray particulates generated (Merv 14 rating). For in-shop usage a HEPA filter can be added that removes 99.97% of 0.3 micron and larger airborne particles allowing exhaust air to be returned into the shop."
